Nacho Skillet for Two

Our stay-at-home date nights usually involve nachos.... so we have some experience with making a good skillet of chips and cheese. This one can be served anytime before 9pm, and is a 12 Inch Skillet loaded with Peppered Bacon, Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Pepper Jelly, and  fresh diced tomatoes.
