We opened in June 2020, and our newly built home was designed specifically with your comfort in mind. Thoughtful additions, such as extra insulation between each room, aids in a peaceful night's rest - a detail not found in your typical Lancaster B&B. What to Expect
Our names are Seth and Mary Martin, and we have two young boys and a little girl. Seth works full time, but enjoys helping me (Mary) with the breakfast orders when he can. In fact, our very first date was making dinner together, and shortly after marriage, we found that we loved making gourmet breakfasts for each other! So the Bed & Breakfast has been a really great fit for us. Every morning we offer a hot breakfast (al a cart style) along with an open espresso, tea, and Italian Cream Soda bar.
Spring 2023, we took a step and started full-time catering for events up to 300 people, pick-up dinners, and gourmet dinners for overnight guests. This has been a goal of ours-- to be full time together so that we can both be close-by for our growing family. We hope that our bed & breakfast guests will take advantage of our new offers by trying our gourmet breakfast and dinner options.
Hospitality is very important to us, and we value the opportunity to teach our children by example in this way. Our new home was finished June 2020, and we were able to build it with a Bed & Breakfast in mind. Conveniently, there is extra insulation between each of the B&B rooms, making them much more sound proof then your typical B&B. That being said, we know our guests hear the little pitter-patter of feet from our toddlers. All of our B&B rooms are on the second floor, and that is off-limits to our children. We find that our guests love engaging with our kiddos during breakfast hours; however, we realize that this might not be for everyone. We will let you make that decision.
